Press: Three-roll and five-roll models are the mainstream; hydraulic models offer higher juice yield but are more expensive
Sugar boiling kettle: Traditional chain kettle (low cost); vacuum concentration kettle (high efficiency, stable quality)
Clarification system: Lime neutralization + heat precipitation + filtration, which determines the purity and color of brown sugar
Molding equipment: Molds (manual) → Automatic molding machine (mass production)
