Product introduction: complete introduction to the fully automatic PET bottled water production line
The
entire bottled water production line is divided into four independent
systems: water treatment system, bottle making system, filling host
system, and back-end packaging automation system. The complete process
is: raw water purification → sterile water storage → PET blowing → air
delivery of bottles → bottle washing? Filling? Screw cap → Blow dry lamp
inspection → Labeling and coding → Collective packaging → Stacking and
storage.

The entire bottled water production line is divided into four independent systems: water treatment system, bottle making system, filling host system, and back-end packaging automation system. The complete process is: raw water purification → sterile water storage → PET blowing → air delivery of bottles → bottle washing? Filling? Screw cap → Blow dry lamp inspection → Labeling and coding → Collective packaging → Stacking and storage.
Capacity range: Small line 2000? 6000 bottles per hour; Medium size 6000? 15000 bottles per hour; High speed line 15000? 36000+bottles/hour (500ml standard bottle).
1、 Water treatment system (core unit of water quality)
Function: To treat groundwater/tap water into finished water that meets the national standard for bottled drinking purified water/natural mineral water
Complete process sequence
1. Raw water tank+raw water pump: store water source and transport it to pre-treatment
2. Quartz sand filter: removes sediment, rust, and suspended large particle impurities
3. Activated carbon filter: adsorbs residual chlorine, odors, organic matter, and color
4. Softener (optional, high hardness water source configuration): Ion exchange removes calcium and magnesium ions to prevent membrane element scaling and blockage
5. Security precision filter (5 μ m): intercepts small impurities and protects the reverse osmosis membrane
6. Host purification unit
-Purified water: RO reverse osmosis system: high-pressure permeation through a semi permeable membrane to remove salt, heavy metals, and microorganisms; Produce low conductivity pure water and recover concentrated water
-Natural mineral water: nanofiltration NF/ultrafiltration UF: retaining natural minerals, only filtering bacteria and colloids, without desalination
7. Post sterilization section: Ozone mixing tower+UV ultraviolet sterilization; 0.22 μ m terminal sterilization filter
8. Aseptic stainless steel pure water tank: equipped with a sterile breathing valve, temporarily storing finished water and supplying it to the filling host
>Process difference: Pure water=reverse osmosis; Mineral water/mountain spring water=ultrafiltration/nanofiltration, cannot be completely desalinated RO.
2、 Bottle making and conveying system (PET bottle preparation)
Two options: integrated online bottle blowing/purchased finished empty bottles
1. Fully automatic bottle blowing machine (linear/rotary)
PET preform feeding → infrared oven heating softening → high-pressure blowing mold forming → cooling and shaping output empty bottle
Does the high-speed production line use blowing? Pouring? Rotary integrated machine, after blowing the bottle, it is directly sent to the filling machine through the air duct to reduce secondary pollution
2. Bottle sorting machine: Automatic sorting of messy empty bottles, with the bottle mouth facing up uniformly
3. Pneumatic conveying pipeline: High pressure airflow conveying bottles, non-contact, reducing bottle scratches, standard for high-speed production line

3、 Filling host: CGF three in one filling machine (core of the entire production line)
Three in one=bottle washing station → filling station → capping station, designed as a fully enclosed clean workshop with PLC automatic control
1. Bottle washing station: The bottles are hung upside down, and sterile water/disinfectant is sprayed onto the inner wall from multiple angles to thoroughly rinse and drain; Synchronize bottle cap cleaning and disinfection
2. Filling station (atmospheric pressure gravity filling, dedicated for drinking water)
The filling valve accurately quantifies the water inlet, with a uniform liquid level and no splashing or bubbling; Filling accuracy ± 1-2ml; fully enclosed to prevent secondary air pollution
3. Capping station: automatic lid feeding, lid grabbing, controllable torque tightening, anti slip teeth, anti leakage; Real time monitoring of cover torque
>High end models with high production capacity: blow, fill, and spin integrated machine, suitable for large water plants with integrated single machines for blowing, rinsing, filling, and sealing
4、 Automated assembly line for packaging in the later stage
1. Wind knife dryer: High pressure hot air removes residual water droplets on the outer wall of the bottle to ensure smooth labeling
2. Lamp inspection machine (manual/visual automatic detection): online removal of defective products with insufficient quantity, leakage, foreign objects in the bottle, and poor sealing
3. Labeling/labeling machine: two mainstream models
-Adhesive round bottle labeling machine
-PVC heat shrink sleeve labeling machine (bottle body fully wrapped label, mainstream mineral water styles on the market)
4. Online inkjet printer: prints production date, batch number, shelf life, product traceability
5. Secondary packaging
-Heat shrink film packaging machine: 12 bottles/24 bottles with complete packaging (most commonly used in the circulation market)
-Open the box? Packing? Sealing machine: cardboard packaging (high-end specifications for supermarkets)
6. Finished product conveyor belt: Convey whole packages/boxes of finished products
7. Stacking robot/low position automatic palletizer: Stacking on pallets
8. Wrapping film machine: Full stack wrapping film protection, directly stored in the warehouse
5、 Whole line automation control and cleanliness requirements
1. The whole machine adopts PLC+touch screen centralized control, variable frequency speed regulation, automatic fault alarm and shutdown
2. The filling area is a 10000 level clean workshop with an independent air purification system
3. CIP in place cleaning system: Regularly and automatically clean and disinfect pipelines, tanks, and filling valves without dismantling the machine
4. Complete set: air compressor, chiller, ozone generator, pure water reflux pipeline
