The
entire purified water production line is divided into four core
systems: water treatment and purification system, empty bottle
preparation system, sterile filling and capping system, and back-end
packaging and conveying system. It strictly follows the national
standard GB17323-1998 Bottled Drinking Purified Water production and is
divided into two mainstream configurations: small bottle PET bottling
line (350ml × 2L) and large barrel bottling line (18.9L five gallon).
The production capacity range is 1000-36000 bottles/hour, 300? 1200
barrels per hour.

Complete and detailed introduction of purified water production line
The entire purified water production line is divided into four core systems: water treatment and purification system, empty bottle preparation system, sterile filling and capping system, and back-end packaging and conveying system. 1、 Complete overall process flow
Raw water → Raw water storage tank → Pre treatment system → Security filter → RO reverse osmosis host → Purified water sterile tank → Sterilization system → Blowing/empty bottle transportation → Flushing? Filling? Three in one capping unit → light inspection → drying → coding → labeling/labeling → film packaging/packing → palletizing → finished product storage
2、 Section 1: Water Treatment and Purification System (the core of the entire production line, determining water quality)
1. Raw water buffer unit
1. Raw water tank (304 stainless steel): stores tap water/groundwater, stabilizes water pressure and flow rate
2. Raw water booster pump: provides stable inlet pressure for the entire pretreatment system
2. Multi stage pretreatment (protects expensive RO membranes from clogging and scaling)
1. Quartz sand multi-media filter: filters sediment, rust, suspended solids, and large colloidal particles to reduce turbidity
2. Activated carbon filter: adsorbs residual chlorine, odors, pigments, and small molecule organic matter to protect the reverse osmosis membrane from damage caused by chlorine oxidation
3. Softener/automatic dosing and scale inhibition device (optional): removes calcium and magnesium ions when the water hardness is high, preventing surface scaling and blockage of the RO membrane
4. 5 μ m security precision filter (PP melt blown filter element): The final pre filtration intercepts fine impurities and serves as a protective barrier for the RO membrane
3. Core Purification: Primary/Secondary Reverse Osmosis RO Host
1. High pressure pump: pressurize to 6? 12bar, Provide driving force for reverse osmosis
2. RO reverse osmosis membrane module (8040/4040 membrane element), membrane pore size 0.0001 μ m; Water molecules can penetrate, and heavy metals, salts, bacteria, and viruses can all be intercepted and separated; Is the first level RO desalination rate 97? 98%, the second level RO conductivity can be stable ≤ 5 μ S/cm, meeting the requirements of high standard purified water; The output is divided into pure water (finished water)+concentrated wastewater (discharge or recycling)
3. Instrument electronic control PLC system: real-time monitoring of pressure, flow rate, conductivity, automatic flushing of membrane components, automatic start stop protection equipment
4. Post sterilization and aseptic storage
1. A sterile pure water tank (made of 304/316 stainless steel and equipped with a respirator) is used to store pure water in a sealed manner to avoid secondary pollution
2. UV sterilizer UV: Instantly kills floating bacteria in water bodies
3. Ozone generator+ozone mixing tower: Pure water dissolves trace amounts of ozone, and after filling, it inhibits bacteria and preserves freshness; Reserve ozone evaporation time before filling to control taste in accordance with national standards

3、 Section 2: Empty Bottle Preparation System (Exclusive for PET Small Bottle Line)
1. Fully automatic bottle blowing machine: PET preform automatic feeding → infrared heating → high-pressure blowing cooling and shaping; Specification coverage: 330ml/550ml/1L/1.5L/2L
2. Air delivery channel: The blown empty bottles are directly transported to the filling machine through a sealed air duct, without touching hands throughout the process, reducing pollution
>Differences in bottled water process: No need for bottle blowing machine, equipped with automatic cap removal machine, high-pressure internal and external brush bucket machine, empty bucket disinfectant flushing unit, recycling PC bucket for cleaning, disinfection and reuse
4、 Section 3: Aseptic filling host (three in one washing, filling and sealing machine)
Cleanliness level of filling workshop: 10000 level purification in filling area, 100 level sterile environment in filling valve area
1. Bottle washing station: empty bottles are hung upside down and sprayed; Disinfectant rinse → Aseptic pure water rinse → Drain
2. Atmospheric pressure gravity filling station: Pure water belongs to airless water, using atmospheric pressure gravity filling valve, with precise and stable liquid level, filling error within ± 1%, no foaming, and no splashing of water
3. capping station: automatic capping, top capping, torque controllable capping; Eliminate sliding cover and water leakage issues
The entire host is made of food grade 316 stainless steel material, with CIP in place cleaning function, which can automatically clean the pipeline cavity and comply with food production standards
5、 Section 4: Fully automatic packaging assembly line in the later stage
1. Lamp inspection station: manual/machine vision inspection, removing unqualified products with insufficient liquid level, dirty bottle body, and water leakage
2. Blow dryer: The air knife blows the water droplets on the outer wall of the bottle to ensure that the label is firmly attached
3. Online inkjet printer: spray print production date, batch number, and shelf life on the bottle body/cap
4. Labeling machine/self-adhesive labeling machine: automatic shrinking label or adhesive label, hot air shrinking and shaping
5. Packaging unit
-Small bottle line: heat shrink film packaging machine (12 bottles/24 bottles per set); High end configuration fully automatic unboxing, boxing, and sealing machine
-Barrel packaging line: Barrel body bagging machine
6. Conveyor chain+fully automatic palletizing robot: The entire stack is stacked on pallets, wrapped with film, and finished products are stored, greatly reducing labor costs

Purified water relies on RO reverse osmosis for deep desalination, removing the vast majority of minerals; Mineral water adopts ultrafiltration technology to retain natural minerals without desalination treatment; The two production lines for filling and packaging back-end equipment can be basically used interchangeably, with only the difference in the front-end water treatment section
