is a complete set of automated equipment that covers the entire process
from raw water treatment, syrup blending, gas-liquid mixing
carbonation, to isobaric filling, capping, and post packaging; The
mainstream adopts a one-time filling (pre adjustment) process, which is
different from the old-fashioned secondary filling. It has stable flavor
and uniform gas content, and is suitable for three packaging forms: PET
bottles, cans, and glass bottles.

The carbonated beverage production line is a complete set of automated equipment that covers the entire process from raw water treatment, syrup blending, gas-liquid mixing carbonation, to isobaric filling, capping, and post packaging; The mainstream adopts a one-time filling (pre adjustment) process, which is different from the old-fashioned secondary filling. It has stable flavor and uniform gas content, and is suitable for three packaging forms: PET bottles, cans, and glass bottles.
1、 Complete process flow (standard one-time filling method)
Raw water purification → syrup preparation and blending → cooling and degassing → precise proportioning and mixing → low-temperature and high-pressure carbonation → empty bottle conveying and flushing → isobaric filling → instant sealing → temperature bottle condensation removal → drying and coding → labeling → lamp inspection and quality control → film packaging/packing → palletizing and storage
2、 Detailed disassembly of six major systems
1. Water treatment system (based on raw materials, with water accounting for over 90% of beverages)
Core equipment:
Raw water pump → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → sodium ion softener → reverse osmosis RO unit → UV/ozone sterilizer → vacuum deaerator → pure water storage tank
Process objective:
1. Remove sediment, residual chlorine, heavy metals, calcium and magnesium ions to prevent scaling and alter taste
2. Vacuum degassing reduces dissolved oxygen in water, avoids beverage oxidation, and ensures carbon dioxide solubility
3. The water quality meets the standard of pure water for food and beverage use
2. Syrup preparation and ingredient system (flavor control unit)
Core equipment:
Sugar dissolving tank (with heating/stirring) → Plate cooler → Syrup filter → Mixing tank → CIP cleaning system, precision metering pump
Process description:
1. Dissolve white sugar and pure water at 80-90 ℃ to make high concentration syrup
2. After filtering and cooling, add acidizing agent, essence, pigment, preservative and concentrated main agent accurately according to the formula
3. Stir and homogenize, perform online detection of Brix and pH values, and store in a temporary storage tank after passing the inspection; Fully enclosed and hygienic, equipped with on-site cleaning CIP function, no need for manual disassembly and cleaning
3. Refrigeration and carbonation mixing system (the core unit of the entire production line)
Core equipment:
Chiller unit (ice water machine), plate heat exchanger, carbonation mixer (steam water mixer), food grade CO ₂ steel cylinder/storage tank, pressure regulating valve, online gas detector
Key process parameters:
1. Cool the prepared beverage stock solution to 0-4 ℃ (low temperature significantly increases CO ₂ solubility)
2. Inject carbon dioxide into a sealed high-pressure environment (3-6 bar) and control the gas content: 2.5~3.0 times the volume of soda and 3.5~4.0 times the volume of cola
3. The gas-liquid mixture is fully saturated and transported to the filling machine under pressure throughout the entire process to prevent premature release of bubbles and gas leakage

4. Empty bottle processing+three in one filling host (isobaric filling is a unique technology for carbonated beverages)

Bottle sorting machine/blowing machine (PET), pneumatic conveyor line, bottle washing machine
Three in one machine structure: bottle washing → isobaric filling → capping/capping
1. Bottle rinsing station: Spray sterile water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle and drain it
2. Principle of isobaric filling (the most important)
① Sealing the bottle mouth with a filling valve; ② Pre fill the bottle with CO ₂ back pressure to maintain consistency between the pressure inside the bottle and the pressure in the material cylinder; ③ The liquid flows smoothly into the bottle due to the pressure difference; ④ Relieve pressure and return air to avoid open top spray bubbles and significant loss of carbon dioxide; Realize high-precision filling with fixed liquid level
3. Sealing station: PET bottles use a capping machine; Glass bottle crown cap cover; The can adopts a roll sealing machine, which seals and locks the air instantly after filling is completed
>PLC automatic control of the whole machine: no bottle filling, missing lid alarm, variable frequency speed regulation to adapt to different production capacities
5. Post processing and online quality inspection system
1. Bottle warmer: After filling, the temperature of the beverage is very low, and condensation water will form on the bottle body; Spray warm water slowly to increase the temperature and remove condensation, preventing label and coding from falling off later on
2. Wind knife dryer: blow dry water stains on the surface of the bottle body
3. Lamp inspection/online detection machine: manual lamp inspection or machine vision, detecting insufficient liquid level, leakage, air leakage, and dirty bottles, automatically removing defective products
4. Spray coding machine/laser coding: print production date and batch number
5. Labeling equipment: Hot melt labeling, labeling machine, adhesive labeling machine
6. Terminal packaging automation system
Equipment: Fully automatic film wrapping machine, cardboard box packing machine, robot palletizing machine, wrapping film packaging machine
Finished products are packaged in full pallets and shipped directly from the warehouse, achieving unmanned back-end packaging.
