1、 The problem with the pressure roller itself
1. The gap between the two ends of the upper and lower pressure rollers is inconsistent (the rollers are not parallel)
The manually adjusted gap values on the left and right ends are different; The locking screw is loose, and the gap at one end increases after production vibration.
>Performance: The left side of the noodle is thick and the right side is thin, and it is always biased throughout the entire process, with the same side being thick from beginning to end.
Solution: Release the lock and use a feeler gauge to calibrate the gap between the left and right ends of the pressure roller to be completely equal; Lock the anti loosening nut after compression; Secondary review after heating (the roller will slightly expand and deform when heated).
2. Wear of the pressure roller, taper of the roller surface, and scaling of the adhesive material on the roller surface
Long term use of the roller results in unilateral wear and tear; The surface area is covered with oil and dirt, locally protruding, and the thickness of the pressed surface fluctuates; The scraper is worn and cannot clean thoroughly.
Polish and polish the roller surface; Replace the worn scraper; Clean the rollers in each shift.
3. Wear and clearance of bearings at both ends of the pressure roller
The bearing is loose and sinks at one end under pressure, causing a change in dynamic clearance. After adjusting it under no-load, it deviates from thickness as soon as it is fed.
Check the bearing clearance and replace it if it is damaged.
2、 Uneven feeding of fabric (uneven feeding causing one side to be thick)
1. When the dough falls at the entrance of the pressure roller, it tends to lean to one side, with more feed on one side, resulting in a thicker sheet on that side after compression;
2. The feeding roller and feeding spiral fabric are uneven on both sides; One side of the hopper is blocked, while the other side unloads quickly;
3. The dough itself is not consistent in softness and hardness (the previous round you encountered fluctuations in dough hardness): Soft areas are more likely to be flattened and thinned.

-Adjust the flow baffle to ensure that the dough is centered and evenly spread across the entire width of the roller;
-Ensure that the entire billet entering the rolling mill has consistent thickness on both sides and uniform softness and hardness;
-Do not stack all the dough on one side of the conveyor belt.
3、 Conveyor belt and roller deviation and inconsistent tension
1. The tension of the canvas/steel belt conveyor belt is different on the left and right sides, with one side being tight and the other side being loose;
2. The supporting rollers are worn and uneven, and the conveyor belt runs with slight edge curling;
Characteristic: The thickness deviation will change with the deviation of the belt, and it is not fixed on one side.
Correct belt deviation; Adjust the left and right tension bolts of the belt to ensure consistent tension; Check that all supporting rollers rotate smoothly without any jamming.
